An opportunity is available for an experienced HSEQ Advsior looking to take the next step into a manager or an experienced Manager to join a growing construction business with projects across NSW.
n
This is a genuinely hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role for someone who enjoys being out on site, working with project teams and ensuring HSE systems are practical, compliant and being followed.

The Role
n
n
- Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance checks
n
- Support project teams with WHS requirements and risk management
n
- Review SWMS, documentation and HSE systems
n
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
n
- Support ISO and OFSC compliance
n
- Provide practical HSE guidance to site teams and subcontractors
n
- Identify opportunities to improve safety systems and processes
n
- Split your time between morning site visits and afternoon office-based work
n
- No WFH
n
n
About You
n
n
- HSE/WHS experience within the new build sector
n
- Relevant WHS qualification
n
- Robust understanding of NSW WHS legislation
n
- Experience with audits and HSE management systems
n
- Knowledge of ISO and OFSC requirements
n
- Practical, approachable and confident working with site teams
n
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across NSW
n
