At Blue Bungalow, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes before a new style ever makes it into the hands of our customers.

We’re looking for a Supplier Relationship Coordinator to sit right at the centre of that action - building strong relationships with our suppliers, keeping incoming stock moving, and making sure our Buying, Product and Fulfilment Centre teams know exactly what’s coming and when.

This isn’t a traditional supply chain role where you’ll spend your day buried in spreadsheets and freight schedules.

It’s a people + problem-solving role for someone who loves getting things organised, communicating clearly and sorting things out before they become bigger problems.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll become the go-to person connecting our suppliers with the teams at Blue Bungalow.

Day to day, you’ll:

- Build strong, productive relationships with our supplier network
- Coordinate incoming deliveries and keep schedules accurate and up to date
- Make sure suppliers understand our delivery and compliance requirements
- Work closely with our Buying, Product and Fulfilment Centre teams so everyone has visibility of what’s coming
- Jump on delivery issues - shortages, damaged stock, timing changes or compliance problems - and work with the right people to get them resolved
- Help suppliers improve when things aren’t quite working
- Keep our systems, records and processes accurate and current
- Spot recurring problems and look for smarter ways of doing things
- Coordinate minor international freight and liaise with carriers when needed
- Track supplier performance and help us continuously lift the way we work
- Ultimately, you’ll help make sure the right stock arrives in the right way, at the right time - without everyone having to chase for answers.

You know how to build a relationship while still having the conversations that need to be had. When something goes wrong, you don’t just pass it on — you investigate it, work out what happened and help find a solution.

You’ll probably also be someone who:

- Loves creating order and keeping things on track
- Notices the details others miss
- Can juggle competing priorities without losing your head
- Is comfortable making decisions and taking ownership
- Enjoys improving processes rather than simply following them

What you’ll bring

You don’t need to be a career supply chain specialist.

We’re more interested in finding someone with the right relationship skills, commercial thinking and ownership mindset.

You may have 1–4 years’ experience across supplier operations, inbound logistics, account management, customer service, buying support or a similar coordination role.

Experience managing supplier or customer relationships and resolving delivery or quality issues will be particularly valuable.

If you’ve worked with systems like ClickUp, Asana, Trello or an ERP, even better. We currently work across PeopleVox, Style Arcade and ClickUp.
