Job Description

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will work across the warehouse and manufacturing operation while also assisting customers by phone and face-to-face at BTA Towing Equipment, a towbar manufacturing and towing equipment business.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Receiving, checking and storing stock and towbar components
n
- Picking and preparing materials for production
n
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
n
- Loading and unloading deliveries
n
- Operating a forklift and moving stock around the warehouse
n
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and assisting with stocktakes
n
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and secure
n
- Assisting the manufacturing team with materials and general duties
n
- Answering incoming customer calls and assisting with enquiries
n




- Serving customers face-to-face at our premises
n

About you

n

n
- Previous warehouse, automotive, manufacturing or similar experience
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone and face-to-face
n
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
n
- Can work independently and as part of a team
n
- Physically capable of performing warehouse and manual-handling duties
n
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
n
