Position Overview

We are seeking trainers who have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the workplace.

Administration Package

- BSBOPS304 – Deliver and monitor a service to customers
- BSBDAT201 – Collect and record data
- BSBTEC202 – Use digital technologies to communicate in a work environment
- SIRXCEG002 – Assist with customer difficulties
- SIRXPDK001 – Advise on products and services

Requirements

- Current TAE qualification and relevant VET training/assessment experience
- Strong industry experience in administration, customer service, call centre operations, or digital administration




- Demonstrated knowledge of the units listed above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A professional, supportive, and student-focused approach
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality training and assessment standards
