Are you a seasoned Business Analyst who thrives in solution design, stakeholder engagement, and proposal development rather than traditional Agile delivery?

n

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a major public sector initiative, working closely with senior business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to shape and define strategic business solutions.

About the Role

n

This is not a typical Agile delivery BA role focused on sprint management or backlog administration. Instead, you'll be responsible for driving solutioning activities, supporting proposal development, and helping define fit-for-purpose business solutions for a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements
n
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions
n
- Partner closely with solution architects and technical specialists
n
- Support business cases, proposal development,



and solution design activities
n
- Analyse and document business requirements, current and future state processes
n
- Provide strategic recommendations and expert business analysis advice
n
- Contribute to solution narratives, proposal artefacts, and supporting documentation
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise or government environments
n
- Solid experience in solutioning, proposals, business cases, and pre-delivery initiatives
n
- Proven ability to work effectively alongside architects and technical teams
n
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and analytical capabilities
n
- Ability to communicate with authority, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex business environments
n

Highly Desirable

n

n
- Experience working in government or large enterprise environments
n
- Exposure to bids, proposals, procurement responses, or solution development initiatives
n
- Understanding of enterprise architecture and business transformation frameworks
n
