Job Description

AirH2O is looking for a reliable, hands-on and organised Factory & Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This is a practical role supporting our HVAC projects by keeping our factory organised, receiving and preparing equipment, managing stock, and assisting with basic fabrication and assembly work.

Key responsibilities

n

Receive and check deliveries into the factory

n

Unload, organise and store equipment and materials

n

Prepare fans, mechanical equipment and materials ready for site

n

Assemble and modify fan equipment, brackets and other components

n

Assist with basic fabrication and welding where required

n

Use hand tools and power tools safely and confidently

n

Pick and prepare materials and equipment for site teams

n

Maintain stock levels and help keep an accurate stock/inventory system

n

Notify the team when materials or consumables need to be reordered

n

Keep the factory, warehouse and storage areas clean, organised and safe

n





About you

n

Current Australian driver's licence – essential

n

Confident using hand tools and power tools

n

Basic welding/fabrication ability would be highly regarded

n

Forklift licence would be an advantage

n

Mechanically minded and comfortable working with equipment

n

Positive organisational skills

n

Able to work independently and follow instructions

n

Physically capable of handling equipment and materials safely

n

Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team

n

Previous experience in HVAC, mechanical services, warehousing, fabrication or construction would be an advantage but is not essential
