Platinum Window Cleaning is a professional window cleaning business serving high-end residential and commercial properties across Brisbane. This position is designed for a motivated individual ready to build a long-term career in the trades. You will begin on a casual basis during your onboarding and training period, then transition to full time employment as you reach independence in the role. When the transition is made you will be responsible for a dedicated company vehicle, managing your own daily run across a range of residential and commercial clients. You will be set up for success with full training, coaching, guidance and feedback provided to develop you into an experienced, confident and professional window cleaning technician capable of successfully upholding the strong reputation for consistent, high-quality service in the Brisbane metropolitan region.

Key responsibilities

Perform professional window cleaning services solo and/or with a dedicated crew on small, medium to large residential and commercial properties, delivering consistent, high-quality results by following service standards at all times.

When training is complete, take full daily responsibility for your allocated company vehicle — completing pre-start checks, maintaining cleanliness, professional appearance and reporting any mechanical or equipment issues promptly.

Clean windows both internally and externally by using a combination of water-fed pole (WFP) systems and traditional squeegee methods, adapting technique to the job requirements.

Remove, clean and re-install fly screens.





Clean both sides of security screens and screen doors, window frames, window tracks, and sills to company standard.

Follow the Leave No Trace policy. All completed jobs are left tidy with objects put back, drips, water and any other mess cleaned up and all equipment returned to the vehicle.

Follow internal residential policy such as removing shoes, protecting carpet, ornaments and furniture and keeping work areas tidy and clutter free.

Upkeep of equipment including regular filter replacement, operational checks and any replacements/repairs notified to the Operations Manager immediately.

Professional communication with clients before, during and on completion of all jobs ensuring each job is completed to a high standard and the customer is satisfied with the outcome.

Manage your own daily schedule, navigating efficiently between jobs using the company's route-planning system.

About you

Physically fit and capable of sustained physical activity across a full working day, outdoors in Queensland weather conditions.

Current, unrestricted Australian driver's licence with a clean record — once trained you will be responsible for a company vehicle every working day.

Must live within 35km of Coorparoo,



Brisbane — this is a firm operational requirement due to the need to take the company vehicle home.

Strong attention to detail — the quality of the finish on every window including tracks, screens and frames matters to clients and to the reputation.

Responsible and dependable — clients rely on the business to show up on time, every time.

Coachable and open to feedback — Platinum has a structured training program and invests significantly in every new team member.

Good communication skills — friendly and professional in all client interactions.

Smartphone literacy — Servicem8 and other apps are core to how the business operates.

Recent experience in some kind of relevant trade and/or hands‑on role is a must.

Structured 8-week onboarding program with hands‑on training alongside experienced team members.

Clear pathway to full-time employment — casual to full-time transition once you reach independence in the role.
