Key responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of three trades assistants.
- Plan and schedule daily work activities.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and inspect work for quality assurance.
- Provide training and development opportunities.
- Oversee inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Address and resolve work-related issues.
About you
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
