V Corp is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our thriving team in Parramatta, NSW. This full-time position will provide our growing client base with comprehensive financial analysis and mortgage broking services.

What you'll be doing

Assess and evaluate clients' financial situations to determine their creditworthiness and borrowing capacity

Calculate loan servicing capacity for PAYG and self‑employed clients

Liaise with lenders and financial institutions to secure the best mortgage products and rates for clients

Educate clients on the mortgage application process and guide them through each step

Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the loan lifecycle

Identify new business opportunities and proactively market the company's mortgage solutions

Provide exceptional customer service and support to build long‑term client relationships

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field

Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker, preferably within a Mortgage Broking Firm with over 3 years of experience





Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders

Thorough understanding of residential mortgage products, lending criteria, and regulatory requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work
