Position Description

As an upshot of growth, you will have the prospect to work closely with one of Australia's leading financial services teams. The team is headed by two partners and includes lawyers ranging from graduate to special counsel level.

The financial services team work across a range of areas including:

- Licensing obligations.
- Product design and distribution.
- Anti-money laundering and consumer protection obligations.
- Advice on regulatory breaches relating to APRA and ASIC.
- Advice on the Financial Accountability Regime.

Requirements

You will havetwo to five years' financial services experience in a reputable law firm.

- Strong understanding in regulatory frameworks
- Excellent drafting skills
- Proactive and commercially minded
