- $64.55 to $69.04/hr (Depending on certificates held) + Penalties + Additional Allowances

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial/Maintenance Electrician, ideally in water treatment, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments
- Current NSW Electrical Licence
- Certificate in Electrotechnology OR Engineering (Electrical)
- Current CPR / LVR (Low Voltage Rescue) certification - MUST
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (you may be required to work at different locations)
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) - mandatory
- Working at Heights - MUST
- Confined Spaces - MUST
- Experience with PLCs, VSDs, SCADA, and telemetry systems is highly advantageous
- Valid Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or unrestricted visa)
- Strong understanding and commitment to site safety protocols
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Able to follow instructions and work autonomously where required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and reactive electrical maintenance on water treatment equipment and plant machinery
- Fault find, repair, and maintain electric motors, pumps, variable speed drives (VSDs), control panels, and instrumentation
- Isolate, test, and commission electrical systems and switchboards safely
- Support daily operations and collaborate with mechanical fitters to ensure smooth functionality of the treatment plant
- Participate in site toolbox talks and maintain strict electrical safety and lockout/tagout (LOTO) practices
