Mayfield Early Education Dandenong is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to join our close-knit team. You will work on the floor and support the Centre Manager to ensure smooth operations, high-quality care, and a warm environment for children and families.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood, WWCC, First Aid/ CPR, and knowledge of EYLF and NQS. You'll contribute to leadership, mentoring staff, and continuous improvement, within a team-oriented, inclusive workplace.
