About the Role

As the Cleaning Site Supervisor , you’ll take ownership of day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring the site runs efficiently and meets both client and company expectations. You’ll lead, motivate, and support a diverse team, maintaining high levels of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the centre.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and supervising daily cleaning activities to maintain a spotless, safe workplace.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting cleaning staff to achieve excellence.
- Conducting regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Managing rosters, attendance, and task allocations.
- Building strong working relationships with clients and centre management.
- Ensuring compliance with WHS standards, company policies, and sustainability practices.




- Identifying improvement opportunities and reporting on staffing, equipment, and supplies.

About You

You thrive in a hands-on leadership role and approach challenges with initiative and professionalism. You take pride in your team’s performance and maintain calm under pressure.

You’ll bring:

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Team Leader in commercial or retail environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning operations, safety, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
- The flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends or public holidays if required.
