Due to organizational growth, we are seeking an experiencedQuality and Compliance Coordinator to join our People, Culture and Quality team to help drive compliant and high quality services to the local community in which we operate.

About the Role

The Quality and Compliance Coordinator works closely with the Head of People, Culture and Quality to ensure that all regulatory and legislative requirements within the organisation are being met. This includes managing internal compliance audits, maintaining and progressing continuous improvements and providing the Executive Leadership team with appropriate resources, knowledge, information and support to carry out their duties effectively.

This role supports Omnicare by driving the development and implementation of organisation wide projects, policies, procedures, systems and practices to achieve required outcomes and in response to feedback.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive and maintain quality improvements, compliance, benchmarking and risk management for the organisation

2.



Maintain the Plan for Continuous Improvement Register and establish a policy and procedure review in line with this in response to audit findings, legislative changes, funding and regulatory body requirements and best practice

3. Maintain the Omnicare Risk Register and review risk mitigations and controls each month in conjunction with the Executive Leadership team.

4. Prepare accurate and timely monthly reports for the Head of People Culture and Quality.

5. Establish and implement a project management framework and governance practices

What You’ll Bring

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in quality management, governance, risk management, compliance or other related fields.

2. Proven track record in implementing and managing quality, risk and governance principles and practice standards.

3. Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

4. Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

5. Strong verbal, written and consultative communication skills
