Key responsibilities

- Reporting to the Industry Supervisor, the Industry Officers are responsible for management and delivery of specific outcomes within prisons industries under the guidance of a Prison Industry Supervisor.
- The Industry Officer should be flexible and open to learning new skills as the necessity to rotate and support other prison industries as the business needs demand is a requirement of the role.

- Conducting searches and escorts, surveillance, observing and assessing the people in our care's behaviour, operating a variety of security and industrial equipment, collating information, and preparing reports.

What you need

- Qualifications or experience in a relevant industry (desirable).
- Relevant experience and knowledge of OH&S; in an industry setting (desirable).
- Valuable Computer Skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (expected).
