The Opportunity

This is a varied position combining estimating, tendering, project coordination, and site supervision.

You won’t be limited to producing estimates behind a desk or managing the same type of project repeatedly.



You'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle—from the initial site inspection and preparation of the scope through to coordinating trades and delivering the completed works.

You will have the autonomy to plan your workload, manage your projects, make informed decisions, and resolve issues as they arise. While you'll have the support of our office and management team, you will be trusted to take responsibility for your outcomes and won’t be micromanaged.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate, fully costed scopes of work using Prime Ecosystem
- Work with the estimating team submitting professional tenders for projects of varying size and complexity
- Take ownership of approved projects from commencement through to completion
- Independently plan and manage your workload, priorities, and project schedules
- Plan and coordinate large-scale, multi-trade remediation projects
- Allocate work orders and coordinate trades, suppliers, materials, and site activities
- Monitor project costs, milestones, timelines, workmanship, and overall performance
- Ensure works comply with approved scopes, contractual requirements, relevant standards, and client expectations
- Maintain WHS compliance and high site-safety standards
- Identify potential risks, delays, and issues before they affect project delivery
- Build strong working relationships with clients, insurers, consultants, trades, suppliers, and the internal team

About You

You are a self-motivated construction skilled who enjoys being given responsibility and trusted to get the job done.

You can confidently move between client communication, project planning, and site supervision. You use sound judgement, remain composed under pressure, and don't need constant direction to keep projects moving.

Ideally, you will have:





- Proven experience in estimating and site supervision
- The ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of your projects
- Solid knowledge of insurance repairs, remediation works, and associated project-delivery processes
- Experience managing complex or multi-trade construction projects
- Sound knowledge of building practices, construction codes, and relevant Australian Standards
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to prepare accurate scopes and variations
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- A practical, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Experience using Prime Ecosystem, or the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A Certificate IV in Building and Construction, or a willingness to undertake it
- A current driver’s licence
- Residence in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast
