Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Emerald Service Department in QLD. You will be responsible for the department's P&L;, budgets, and forecasting, while driving safety, productivity and customer satisfaction across workshop and field service operations.

You will manage WIP, labour recovery and service profitability, collaborate with Parts and Administration, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
