In this role, you will:

- Administer remuneration and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, job evaluation, salary packaging and incentive programs;
- Support annual remuneration review processes, including salary analysis, equity assessments and market pay analysis;
- Provide remuneration insights, reporting and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums;
- Monitor market trends, salary movements and best-practice reward and benefits offerings;
- Support job design, position description development, grading and evaluation activities;
- Partner with leaders and People & Culture stakeholders to provide remuneration advice and guidance;
- Work closely with Payroll and Finance across remuneration processes, workforce planning and labour budget cycles;
- Administer remuneration processes through SuccessFactors and identify opportunities for continuous improvement; and
- Support performance cycles, reporting and broader People & Culture initiatives.

About you

You will bring demonstrated experience across remuneration and benefits within a complex organisation, together with strong analytical and numerical capability.

You will ideally have experience with job evaluation, grading and banding methodologies, salary benchmarking, enterprise agreements and / or awards and the ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear recommendations.

Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities will be important. Just as importantly, you will be a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded, as will accreditation in Korn Ferry or Mercer job evaluation methodologies.
