Central Coast NSW (projects can run Central Coast, Sydney to Newcastle)

Full-time Hours | Pay grade based | Company vehicle + fuel card + tolls | OT paid at applicable rates | 7:00 am starts (on-site)

What you’ll be doing

- Run crews on asbestos (non-friable) and demolition sites
- Lead pre-starts/toolboxes and enforce PPE and WHS standards
- Ensure site paperwork is completed correctly and on time
- Coordinate site logistics, truck movements, and disposal runs
- Keep productivity high while maintaining compliance and quality
- Coach, develop, and hold the crew accountable to standards
- Represent the business professionally in office with clients and the public

Non-negotiables (must have)

- White Card
- Driver License
- Police Check: current orwillingness to obtain
- Working With Children Check: current orwillingness to obtain

How time is tracked

Hours are tracked via the company system app with supervisor approval.
