What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in roofing (tile and/or metal roof experience ideal)
- Solar installation experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Reliable, positive, and willing to learn
