We are seeking passionate, energetic, and reliable front of house members to join our South Melbourne team.

The perfect position for someone who is after casual hours and is available to work a 7-day rotating roster including lunch, nights, and weekend shifts.

In office training will be provided and an immediate start available!

Job duties

n

- Prepare tables and bar before opening
n
- Greet and seat customers on arrival at the restaurant
n
- Explain menu items and make recommendations along with assisting guests with particular allergies
n
- Serve customers food and drink in a timely manner
n
- Operate POS terminals to input customer orders and take payment
n
- Work behind bar to complete drink orders and make specialty cocktails
n
- Clean and reset tables/restaurant as required
n
- Stock and maintain wait stations including polishing cutlery
n
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed
n
- Willingness to learn
n
- Well presented, communication skills and time management skills
