We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Payroll & Accounts Officer to join our team based in Prestons.

The Role:

- Manage end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll processing.
- Process payroll adjustments, superannuation, PAYG, STP, employee entitlements and termination payments.
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, supplier payments and reconciliations.
- Match and process supplier invoices, purchase orders and supporting documentation.
- Process corporate expenses, credit card statements and staff expense claims.
- Complete bank, supplier and account reconciliations.
- Support payroll and finance reporting, including month-end and EOFY processes.
- Respond to payroll and supplier queries and liaise with employees, managers and key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and confidential payroll and financial records.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll and finance processes.

Who Are You?

- Previous experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Experience in accounts payable, including invoice processing, supplier payments and reconciliations.
- A strong understanding of payroll Awards,



employment conditions and compliance requirements.
- Experience using Xero or similar payroll and accounting systems.
- Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications in accounting, payroll, finance or a related discipline, and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
