About the role

We're looking for an experienced, full-time Credit Analyst to join our team and support our brokers in structuring and preparing high-quality loan applications for our clients. Reporting directly to founder Natasha Bustescu, you'll be a key part of our lending process, working closely with brokers, lenders, and clients to ensure applications are accurate, well-prepared, and move smoothly from submission through to settlement.

Key responsibilities

- Assess and analyse client financial information to determine borrowing capacity and loan suitability
- Prepare and structure loan applications for submission to a panel of lenders
- Liaise with lenders to track application progress, resolve queries, and manage conditional approvals through to settlement
- Review supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness in line with lender and compliance requirements




- Work closely with brokers to identify the right loan products and structures for each client's circumstances
- Keep up to date with lender policy changes, credit guidelines, and market conditions
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and support smooth handover between application stages

About you

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Credit Analyst, Loan Processor, or similar role within mortgage broking, banking, or finance
- Strong understanding of lending criteria, credit policy, and the home loan application process
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and comfort working in a small team where you can make an impact
- Experience with MyCRM highly regarded
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking required
