We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Service Leader to join our team on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

About the Role

As our Service Leader, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our OSHC service, supporting a team of passionate educators to deliver engaging, high-quality programs in a welcoming Christian environment. You'll build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and fun space where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

As Service Leader, you will be the Nominated Supervisor.

Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated OSHC educators.

Plan and deliver engaging programs and experiences that inspire children to learn, play, and explore.

Create activities that cater to a variety of ages, interests,



abilities, and developmental stages.

Ensure programs align with the My Time, Our Place Framework and the National Quality Framework.

Supervise and actively engage with children in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider school community.

Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and service policies.

Complete administrative duties including record keeping, documentation, and reporting.

Foster a safe, supportive, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.

Work collaboratively with the school and OSHC team to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.

Help maintain a clean, organised, and inviting learning environment.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

A Diploma in School Age Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.

Completed Child Protection Training as required under Section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law.

Previous leadership experience within the early childhood or OSHC sector.

A solid understanding of current Childcare Legislation including National Quality Standards, (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG).

Current First Aid, CPR,



Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications.

A current Blue Card.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A commitment to continuous improvement, quality practice, and compliance.
