A key Federal Government agency is seeking experienced Business Analysts to contribute to a major Network and Video Conferencing Upgrade Program. As part of a multi-year modernisation initiative, you will work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyse business needs, support network and collaboration technology upgrades, and provide recommendations to ensure successful project outcomes across critical enterprise environments.

The SuccessfulBusiness Analystswillbe responsible forbut not limited to;

Elicit, analyse, document, and prioritize complex functional and non-functional requirements using workshops, interviews, and user stories.

Develop process maps, data models, and use cases to provide a clear representation of business operations.

Provide strategic advice and solutions to program and project managers, and leadership teams.

Evaluate and provide advice on capability or proposals.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating workshops and leading discussions to gather business requirements.





The successfulBusiness Analystwill have experience in the following:

Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in an ICT setting, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Demonstrated knowledge of Cyber Security Frameworks (ISM, Essential 8, PSPF, IRAP) to build security baselines

Experience working with Microsoft cloud solutions or similar enterprise collaboration platforms

Ability to articulate technical details to non-technical stakeholders

Understands aims and issues facing own work areas and organisation
