Job Description

BlueCare is seeking a casual Site Support Worker to join the Pinangba team at Cooktown's Cape York Family Centre. The role focuses on safety, lone-working checks, and supporting residents in residential AOD rehabilitation settings.

You will perform perimeter security, lockdown checks, assist with daily tasks, respond to emergencies, and document observations. The position requires First Aid/CPR, weekend availability, and sensitivity to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
