We are hiring Dental and Medical Device Service Technicians / Engineers with expertise in Medical Devices and Assistive Technology for dental facilities, hospitals, medical centres, and day surgery facilities.

n

- In office field and workshop compliance testing (electrical safety and performance verification).
n
- Preventative maintenance.
n
- Repairs of medical equipment to Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3551 and AS/NZS 5369) in health care facilities.
n

This role requires working with equipment users and facility management. Applicants must demonstrate strong customer relationship skills, excellent communication, and a sound knowledge of the devices.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

n

- Appropriate technical qualification and preferably a minimum of 3 to 5 years biomedical engineering work experience, particularly in electronics/electrical engineering, which could be accompanied by mechanical technology. Qualifications, practical training, and experience in the specific areas detailed within the advertisement will be favored.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including both written and spoken English.
n
- Proven Experience in AS3551, AS3003 and AS5369.
n
- Philips Healthcare support tool experience.
n
- Advanced computer literacy.
n
- A strong results and customer service focus.
n
- Analytical and fault diagnostic skills.
n
- Problem-solving skills.
n
- Follow company and industry reporting procedures.
n
- Travel to customer sites using a company vehicle.
