The Observer Hotel, operated by Barrelhouse Group in Sydney, seeks an experienced Cellar Manager for its opening team. This role will own the cellar, beverage inventory and day-to-day operations, including keg management, stock rotation and maintaining line cleanliness.

You will work with venue managers and bar staff to ensure smooth beverage service, accurate records and a spotless, compliant cellar setting.
