Care Partner – Enrolled Nurse / Registered Nurse – Community Aged Care

Senior Helpers Penrith is seeking two Care Partners – one Enrolled Nurse (EN) and one Registered Nurse (RN) – to join our Community Aged Care team. Full time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexibility depending on the successful candidates. These roles support older Australians receiving care through the Support at Home program. Pay is $40.00–$55.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

- Holistic client assessments
n
- Development and review of care plans
n
- Monitoring services
n
- Coordinating supports
n
- Communicating with clients and families
n
- Managing client documentation and Support at Home budgets
n
- Working closely with the clinical, scheduling and administration teams
n

About you
n
n
- Highly organised
n
- Knowledge of Support at Home/Home Care Packages
n
- Experience in community aged care
n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) – Required
n
- National Police Certificate required
n
- First Aid and CPR required
n
- Unrestricted NSW Driver Licence – Preferred
n
