MR/HR Civil Driver Labourer – Local Government

Hornsby | $42.12 per hour + Super | 9-Day Fortnight | Temp-to-Perm Prospect

Are you an experienced MR/HR Driver with a civil construction or infrastructure background looking for a stable Local Government opportunity?

Complete Staff Solutions is seeking an experienced Civil Driver Labourer to join a Council Infrastructure Services team in the Hornsby area.

This is a genuine driver/labourer position – you'll be driving MR/HR vehicles as well as working hands-on with the crew across road, footpath, drainage and civil maintenance works.

What you'll be doing

- Driving MR/HR trucks, including water carts and 8-tonne tippers

- Road and footpath construction and repairs

- Asphalt and concreting works

- Drainage maintenance and clearing

- Formwork and general civil construction

- Using power tools and civil equipment

- General labouring and supporting the civil crew as required

What you'll need

- Current MR or HR Driver's Licence – HR preferred

- Previous civil construction, roadworks or infrastructure experience

- Previous experience driving MR/HR vehicles in a civil environment





- White Card

- Experience with concreting, asphalt, drainage and/or road maintenance highly regarded

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

- Reliable, safety-focused and willing to work as part of a hands-on crew

- Front End Loader ticket highly regarded

- 6:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday

- Option for a 9-day fortnight
