We are a small paediatric physiotherapy practice looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team for up to 30 hours a week in an administration role. Exact hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. We'll provide you with ongoing mentoring and support to help you achieve your career goals and unleash your true potential.

About Coffs Kids in Motion

Coffs Kids is a local physiotherapy practice with rooms near Coffs Harbour Stadium. Our tag line is “Helping Kids in the Coffs Coast Move”. We support children and their families with a wide variety of movement difficulties. There is always fun to be had!

The ideal candidate will have:





- Ability to provide high quality customer service in a family clinic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using technology (computers/telephones/software packages)
- Solid time management with ability to prioritise duties and multitask
- Confidence to handle challenging situations and resolve enquiries in a calm and focused manner
- Successfully pass a National Police Check, working with children check and NDIS worker screening
- Valid Australian work rights or appropriate visa status to work in Australia
