We're looking for a friendly, organised and patient-focused Dental Assistantto join our modern private dental practice in Toowoomba.

As a vital team member, you will provide exceptional patient care and support the dentists in delivering high-quality dental services. With a strong focus on patient experience, you will play an integral role in our professional practice.

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is not essential, and we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements for the right candidate. If you’re looking for a workplace where positivity, respect, teamwork and a commitment to doing your best are valued, we’d love to meet you.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting dentists during procedures by passing instruments, mixing materials and anticipating their needs
- Preparing and setting up treatment rooms before appointments and cleaning and sterilising instruments after treatment
- Maintaining high standards of infection control, sterilisation and clinical room presentation




- Keeping clinical areas well stocked, organised and ready for the day
- Assisting with patient records, treatment notes and other clinical administration
