As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing our customers with tailored finance and insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Assessing customer finance and insurance requirements and presenting customised solutions
- Negotiating and finalising finance and insurance contracts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Toyota finance and insurance products and services
- Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve business objectives
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in the automotive finance and insurance industry, preferably with a focus on Toyota products
- Strong sales and customer service skills,
with the ability to provide tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on delivering positive customer outcomes
- Comprehensive understanding of finance and insurance products, as well as relevant laws and regulations
- A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
