An exciting newly created opportunity has become available within a growing insurance broking organisation that is heavily investing in technology, automation, and business transformation.

n

We are seeking a hands-on Delivery Lead - CRM to drive a range of strategic technology initiatives across sales, marketing, and customer engagement functions. This is a greenfield role where you will have the opportunity to lead projects from concept through to implementation, while helping shape the future technology landscape of the business.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Own and continually enhance the organisation's Zoho One / Zoho CRM ecosystem.
n
- Lead the implementation of a new telephony platform, including evaluation and rollout of Zoom Phone or Zoho Voice.
n
- Drive the migration from Mailchimp to Zoho One marketing capabilities.
n
- Oversee and manage multiple WordPress websites.
n
- Identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions to automate and optimise repetitive business processes.
n
- Partner closely with the COO and CIO to execute key technology and growth initiatives.
n
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and customer outcomes.
n




- Engage with stakeholders across the business to ensure successful delivery and adoption of technology solutions.

About You

n

n
- Solid experience leading CRM implementation, optimisation, and transformation initiatives.
n
- Previous experience working with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
n
- Technically minded with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
n
- Experience delivering end-to-end technology projects and system implementations.
n
- Exposure to marketing technologies, telephony solutions, website management, and business automation tools.
n
- Passionate about emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation.
n
- Naturally curious and driven to challenge the status quo.
n
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating in a growing business environment.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
