Who We’re Looking For

- You don’t need to know everything - we’ll teach you.




- A genuine interest in solar, electrical, and renewable energy
- A great attitude and willingness to learn
- Driver’s licence
- Ability to work hard, follow instructions, and take pride in doing things properly
- Extra points if you’re a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year apprentice looking for better training and more opportunity

Your Day-to-Day

- Assist tradesmen with solar and battery installations
- Load and prepare materials, run cabling, mount equipment, and learn to commission systems
- Help with residential maintenance, air conditioning installs, and switchboard upgrades
- Use job management and safety apps
- Keep work areas tidy, safe, and up to Prestige Renewables standards
- Learn step-by-step how to become a high-quality, confident electrician
