Baby Kingdom is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join the growing team at our brand new Brookvale store. If you want to help families find the perfect products for their little ones, this is the role for you!

Key responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and product advice
- Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising
- Maintain a clean, protected, and welcoming store environment
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions
- Help unpack deliveries from our distribution centre and help load customers orders into their vehicles
- This role involves regularly standing and lifting boxes. Please let us know if you require any adjustments to perform these tasks.

About you

- Friendly and approachable personality




- Baby industry experience preferred but not essential
- POS / computer system / payment experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for baby products and helping families
- Regularly standing and demonstrating bulky products such as prams.

Available Shifts:

Tuesdays & Saturdays required + potentially other days of the week as needed (as it is a casual role). 10am - 4pm (5.5 hours of paid work, includes 2 x 10 mins paid breaks and 1 x 30 mins unpaid lunch break).

Pay is based on the latest general retail award for Adults (21 or older):

Retail employee level 1: Casual Hourly Rate
