Join Vail Resorts’ Civil and Building Team as the Station Maintenance Supervisor and take a hands‑on leadership role in maintaining The Station Resort in Jindabyne. You will lead a small maintenance team, coordinate contractors, oversee preventative maintenance, and respond to reactive maintenance across buildings, accommodation, grounds, utilities, and equipment. The role includes an on-call roster, with a minimum of three nights per week during winter and occasional summer requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and coordinate a small maintenance team
- Carry out hands‑on maintenance and repairs
- Prioritise maintenance requests and preventative works
- Coordinate contractors and specialised works
- Conduct inspections and maintain maintenance records
- Ensure WHS, regulatory, and operational compliance
- Respond to unplanned maintenance and emergencies
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Events, and Food & Beverage teams

What We're Looking For

- Trade qualification in Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, or a relevant building trade, or equivalent experience
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)




- Experience in building, accommodation, grounds, or facilities maintenance
- Experience coordinating teams or contractors
- Strong practical maintenance and problem‑solving skills
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and presentation
- Resort, remote, or alpine experience
- EWP and/or Working at Heights
