This position combines front-of-house reception and administration with ecommerce and digital support. You'll work closely with Management, Sales and Marketing and play an important role in both our day-to-day operations and online presence.

Key responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers and visitors professionally
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Manage online chat enquiries
- Maintain a clean and organised reception and showroom area
- Receive deliveries and assist with stock and transfer paperwork
- Upload and maintain products in Magento
- Add and update product descriptions, specifications, pricing and images
- Assist with website updates and 404 URL redirects
- Assist with preparing website and social media content
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to assist with product content, research, formatting and everyday workflows

About you

- Minimum 1 year experience in reception, administration, ecommerce or a similar support role
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Comfortable learning and working with new technology
- Proactive and able to work independently without constant supervision




- Able to manage competing priorities and take ownership of tasks
- Genuine interest in ecommerce, digital content, marketing and emerging technology
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT is highly regarded
- Experience with Magento, Mac systems or Fishbowl Inventory is advantageous but not essential
