AAH Contracting in Victoria is seeking an Operations Assistant to move jobs from booking through to mobilisation efficiently, accurately and compliantly. You will work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, the HSEQ Manager and clients to coordinate bookings and support labour planning.

This role requires solid organisation, client-facing communication, and solid computer literacy with AroFlo, Monday.com or Microsoft 365 as a plus.
