Auto & General Australia in Kawana Waters is seeking a High Care Senior Motor Claims Consultant to manage end-to-end motor claims for vulnerable customers. You will apply policy interpretation and deliver an exceptional claims experience.

You will work with underwriting, suppliers and support teams, under ICA guidelines, PDS and Ombudsman processes, while staying focused on outcomes and continuous learning.
