They are growing significantly across Australia and seek a quality, experienced Product Manager to be based in Melbourne.

The Role

n

Reporting into the Senior Leadership Team, the Product Manager – will be responsiblefor contributing to an ambitious strategic business plan to increase market share and drive the product portfolio strategy.

n

The Product Manager will define and manage product positioning, pricing, commercial performance and ensure successful product introduction is aligned with global and local requirements.

n





Relationships will be a key component of the role alongside developing and retaining strong partnerships with existing and new customers; regular interaction will be with sales teams, engineering, suppliers and headquarters.

Skills & Experience

n

The successful candidate will be welcomed into a Leadership Team and demonstrate the following key qualities:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field
n
- 5-7 years in Product Management, Engineering or a Technical Commercial role
n
- Some experience of HVAC, heat pumps, ventilation, or building services would be desirable but not essential
n
- Exposure to product sourcing, supplier management or cost optimisation
n
- Strategic thinker, robust commercial focus and a highly structured and data driven decision making skill set
n
- Confident in communicating, sharing information and training
n
