Australia Post is seeking a part-time Retail Customer Service Officer to welcome customers, process transactions and support parcel services in a rapid-paced community hub. The role includes training, ongoing development and a supportive team environment.

You will handle sales, payments and identity services while promoting products and services to customers and small businesses. This is a permanent part-time position with shifts across mornings and afternoons.
