The Role n
n
As Centre Manager/ Nominated Supervisor, you will lead a close knit team and hold day to day responsibility for the protected, compliant and inspiring operation of the centre under the National Law and Regulations.
n
You will:
n
n
- n
Lead, mentor and roster a dedicated team of educators
n
- n
Drive quality improvement against the NQS
n
- n
Ensure staffing compliance
n
- n
Oversee enrolments and family relationships, driving enrolment growth for the centre
n
- n
Champion a strong educational program aligned to the EYLF
n
What You Bring n
n
n
- n
Strong working knowledge of the National Law, Regulations, NQF and NQS
n
- n
Diploma or Bachelor level Early Childhood qualification (or equivalent)
n
- n
Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and manage a service
n
- n
A current NSW Working with Children Check
n
- n
Confidence leading a team and a genuine love for boutique, community feel centres
n
