u&u; Recruitment Partners is seeking an experienced HR Leader to own the HR agenda across Australia. This standalone role reports to the Managing Director and partners with senior leaders across multiple locations to shape people strategy.

You will lead talent, performance, remuneration, succession and culture initiatives, providing expert ER/IR advice, including EBA negotiations, in a protected, regulated, and complex environment.
