A great position has become available within the Mike Carney Toyota Team for a Courtesy Bus Driver with an immediate start.

We are looking for a reliable individual,punctual individual who is smart in appearance and has a pleasant guest facing manner, age is no barrier. The Courtesy Bus driver will support the guests from our Service Department by providing a convenient service to and from the Dealership.

Key Job Function & Accountabilities

The Courtesy Bus Driver carries out a range of duties related to supporting the Service Department and its guests.

- Determine guest’s needs and communicate to relevant staff
- Actively promote the services and advantages of the dealership to all guests
- Ensure guests are dropped off and picked up in a safe environment and timely manner
- Ensure Courtesy vehicle is always clean, fuelled and ready to go
- Determine guest’s needs and communicate to relevant staff
- Help to maintain a clean and tidy guest lounge area
- There maybe additional duties as directed by Service Manager when there are no courtesy runs





Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

- Current and valid manual DriversLicence
- Proven ability to communicate and determine guests needs
- Punctual

Desirable Skills / Qualifications / Experience

- Basic automotive knowledge and experience
- Defensive driving course
