You’ll be joining a strong team environment with established systems, a premium office and a business that places a real focus on client service, presentation and long‑term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a premium residential portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Manage lease renewals, arrears and tenancy matters
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews
- Ensure compliance with relevant QLD legislation
- Liaise with contractors and internal team members
- Deliver a consistently high level of communication and client service





About You

We’re ideally looking for someone with:

- 2+ years’ Property Management experience
- Experience managing an end-to-end portfolio
- Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Professional presentation
- A proactive and customer‑focused approach
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration / Certificate
- Current driver’s licence

Experience managing a higher‑end or premium portfolio would be highly regarded.
