The Role

This full time, field based role puts you at the heart of a fast growing, innovative FMCG business in Sydney. You'll develop your skills as a salesperson while working with cutting edge systems and playing a genuine role in shaping our sales process as we scale. From day one, you'll take ownership of your own territory, focusing initially on the grocery and independent route channels, and become part of a lively, inclusive team culture that backs you to grow.

Monthly Bonus: $15k OTE. Top performers can earn up to $27k through commission multipliers

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding sales service to existing customers, visiting their stores regularly to build strong, lasting relationships

Grow sales volume across your existing customer base while winning new business through sharp execution of company sales strategy

Drive distribution growth and bring promotions to life across national and key accounts

Manage a territory of approximately 120 independent retailers across South Sydney, South Coast and ACT

You'll join a team that:

The Right Candidate will have:

Prior sales experience, ideally in FMCG

A well presented, articulate communication style with a passion for health and lifestyle brands and a drive to challenge the norm

Comfortable picking up new technology quickly, with a sharp eye for detail

Good knowledge of Sydney's suburbs

A strong desire to learn, be challenged and thrive in a busy, agile sales environment

The versatility to succeed across both Corporate and Direct channels

A strong work ethic and reliable, consistent approach

Basic trade maths and business acumen (desirable).
