With15+ listings at any one time and strong developer relationships, the stock is there — we need an ambitious, switched-on Sales Associate ready to make the most of it.

This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with the lead agent, developers, vendors and buyers while learning what it takes to succeed at the highest level. You'll be responsible for:

- Managing and working across15+ active listings
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and solicitors
- Prospecting the database and makingoutbound/cold calls
Responding to and managing buyer enquiries
- Appointment, email and diary management
- Setting up and collecting property signboards
- Supporting the team throughout thelisting-to-settlement process

We're looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in real estateand ready to step up
- No prior experience is necessary, only a valid Certificate of registration and a driver's license
- Driven, motivated and hungry to succeed




- Confident communicating with clients and prospects
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Serious about building along-term career in real estate sales
- Tech-savvy and switched on
- A holder of acurrent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- A current driver license holder with areliable vehicle
