First National Co Bridge Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Sales Agent to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated real estate qualified to build on an established client base and take their career to the next level with a reputable, well-supported agency.

Key responsibilities

- Generate new business through daily prospecting, calls, door knocking, networking and database work
- Manage buyers from initial enquiry through to sale
- Conduct buyer callbacks and consistent follow-up
- Invite buyers to new listings and open homes
- Conduct and assist with open homes and property inspections
- Service listings and vendors, and manage buyers throughout auction campaigns
- Assist with negotiations and sales, and manage the contract-to-settlement period
- Conduct property appraisals and secure new listings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and referral clients
- Coordinate and assist with property marketing campaigns

About you

- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in residential real estate sales
- Proven ability to list and sell residential property
- Experience conducting property appraisals and listing presentations
- Strong understanding of contracts, sales processes and property marketing
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills




- Self-motivated with strong business development and lead generation skills
- Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese would be a significant advantage
