$37 to $42 an hour plus super depending on experience. Casual with full time hours, Monday to Friday, no weekends. Fuel card once you are set up towing and carting the gear.

I run Loving Your Garden. We look after some of the most beautiful gardens on the Sunshine Coast, working Noosa through to Buderim, and right now we have more premium work than hands.

Straight up about the work. We do soft landscaping installations and premium garden clean outs. We never mow lawns and we never touch ride on mowers. It is garden builds, planting, edging and mulching done properly, plus chainsaws, hedging and structural pruning in gardens where the owners notice the difference. Our smallest job is a full single day. The installs and the bigger explicit outs run across multiple days on the same site.

I am after a Qualified Landscaper for this one. A Cert III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture, or the years on the tools that speak for themselves. You need to know your plants, what you are pruning, why, and how it grows back. You can read a plan, set out a garden and finish it to a standard you would put your name on. The days are proper physical days, and some of them you will run solo with a fully equipped setup,



so you need to operate without me standing over you.

I provide all the tools. Trailers, chainsaws, hedgers, hand tools, the lot. You just need a ute, or a vehicle that can carry the gear and tow our single axle trailer for tip runs when needed. Once your vehicle is doing that work, the fuel card covers it.

This is for people who want to push themselves and get rewarded for it. I notice and reward efficiency, plant skills, and the way you communicate with clients. We are growing, I promote from inside, and there are lead hand roles ahead for the right people. Casual to start, and I am happy to talk permanent for the right operator once we have worked together.
